Outstanding brisket.  Great taste and texture.  Competitive price.

Soooooooooooooo Good....So Easy for a Gathering

Some packages were a lot fattier than others.

If you want rough hard to chew meat this is for you.  It was dry, with very little seasoning or smoke flavor.  I tried heating it up low and slow in the oven and on the stove top in bbq sauce and the meat was tough as a cow hide.  I tried it twice and throw it in the trash both times.  Don’t buy this, you will only be disappointed.

Yum! I loved that this is precooked and all I had to do is warm it up. I thought it was a bit pricey so I’m not sure if I would buy again as it would be less to make my own but I do appreciate the convenience!

Tastes great, a bit pricey.
