It worth the money the meat was very dry (not was t over cooked and it was 70%fat

I had to boil it in water to tenderize and added barbecue.

The Beef Brisket was ok. I was expecting, or hoping for better.

Only ok. Ended up putting teriyaki sauce over it, breaking it apart and then heating it up.

A little salty but very good

Typically these prepackaged briskets are kind of lame. but this brisket is really tasty, tender, and the package can feed four people

Don’t waste your money! Dry, bland, no smoke flavor, no flavor at all. I would never buy this again. What a waste of money.

Great smokey taste and smell, unfortunately the meat texture was odd...tough and the cut had quite a bit of fat. ☹️
