When I found this item I was stoked because my bf and I love beef brisket. Today I made it in the oven for the first time and I was highly disappointed at the amounts of fat this contains. About half of my plate was pure fat. I am doing a keto diet and fat is usually a good thing but even this amount of fat spooked the living soul out of me. Definitely disappointed, I thought this was going to be a repeat order favorite. :(

Somewhat dry and fatty at the same time

Second time in a row we bought this and it was over 50% fat. Never again.

It did not take like beef brisket but more like ham. It was tasty and quick to cook.
