Lamb meat, conveniently deboned. The flavor was solid, and a great buy if you can find it at a price comparable to beef. Mind you, I don't eat lamb very often, but it definitely had a good texture and distinctly lamby flavor.

Lamb is my favorite meat! Many Oklahomans have never tasted it. If not, you're in for a treat. This is my favorite cut. Whether for a roast, or cut up for a savory lamb stew. I also use ground lamb as a substitute for beef in meatballs, meatloaf and meat sauces. Lamb is tender and not a strong taste. It loves oregano and cinnamon seasonings in stew.

The best boneless leg of lamb I've had, and the price is fantastic. I find them to be a bit too fatty for my family's liking, so I trim off the excess fat and save it for making tallow. Marinate it overnight in olive oil, salt, garlic, and thyme. Yum!

In the past I have not been a big fan of Australian and New Zeeland lamb. But after trying this boneless leg from Sam's Club, that opinion has changed. The Australians have come a long way. We thoroughly enjoyed this leg of lamb that we had for our Christmas dinner. It had an excellent taste and had very little fat on it. Happy to say that none of it got thrown away. And the price was right.

My husband loves lamb. He found the Thomas Farms leg of lamb at a decent price at Sam's and picked it up. The last time we bought a lamb and cooked in our regular oven, it was a bit tough. We solved that issue by cooking it in our Nesco Roaster Oven. Unlike a crock pot, it cooks at higher temperatures with a thermostat for accurate temperature control just like an oven. It roasts the meat and cooks it faster. The lamb literally fell right off the bone. It was that tender and juicy.

Great roasted with caramelized shallots, garlic and rosemary.

This cut has a much higher fat content than I expected.

Lamb Roast, good meat with large fat slabs.

Everyone loved it. Seasoned it then put it in the crockpot.

Leg was relatively fresh but after trimming the fat off, there was less than half left.
