Leg was relatively fresh but after trimming the fat off, there was less than half left.

Got this for a special occasion! Can’t beat this price!

Very, very disappointing. Roasted the lamb low and slow and seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. The lamb was riddled with gristle and was extremely tough. What little meat we were able to get to was flavorful, but we ended up discarding much of the roast, as it was mostly inedible fat and gristle. Will never buy this again....buyer beware.

Delicious, Sam’s is the only place in my area where lamb is available and it’s always fresh and delicious a family favorite.

I've ordered this item 5 times from the Mayaguez, PR Sam's Club. Twice it's been rotten. Something is wrong with how it's packaged or shipped. Beware!

Love the lamb

The label date was updated without updating product date. That's very disappointed for Sam did it every time. I don't that is what Sam brand can do that.

Lamb meat, conveniently deboned. The flavor was solid, and a great buy if you can find it at a price comparable to beef. Mind you, I don't eat lamb very often, but it definitely had a good texture and distinctly lamby flavor.

Lamb is my favorite meat! Many Oklahomans have never tasted it. If not, you're in for a treat. This is my favorite cut. Whether for a roast, or cut up for a savory lamb stew. I also use ground lamb as a substitute for beef in meatballs, meatloaf and meat sauces. Lamb is tender and not a strong taste. It loves oregano and cinnamon seasonings in stew.

The best boneless leg of lamb I've had, and the price is fantastic. I find them to be a bit too fatty for my family's liking, so I trim off the excess fat and save it for making tallow. Marinate it overnight in olive oil, salt, garlic, and thyme. Yum!
