Excellent quality halal lamb. The quality has been very consistent.

Roasted it in the oven after searing and it turned out delicious! Very tender and not too gamey. Highly recommend!

Sinewy and lacked flavor

Very well trimmed with minimal fat, and held together with a stretchy mesh that was easy to remove. Serving was easy - just cut slices.

This was very premium lamb. Extremely tender with excellent flavor. Some of the best lamb I have ever eaten. Very little waste from fat or gristle.

while it may be too expensive, it may be the only halal meat in some places unfortunately. I hope they bring costs down some level

Good but the price too high we are membership and customer payment for membership must you give your membership good prices

Delicious. Initially cooked on a grill (quick sear w/ slow cook). Leftovers became meat pie, gyros, and lamb curry
