Very delicious meat, after I trimmed out a lot of the white fat, I had 3 packages of meat: 2.5 lbs, 1.4 lbs and 1.4 lbs, leaving about 1.48 lbs of waste. Original weight was 6.78 lbs I made a lamb hotpot, and packaged the other 2 for future use, possibly shish kebab!

It's what I expected from boneless leg of lamb, tender, lamb taste. It is somewhat greasy but you cannot really get around that other than to let the drippings cool and scrape the layer of tallow off before reheating the drippings and serving. The netting held the lamb together well while still allowing me add herbs before cooking. Between the fair price and quality I always buy my lamb from Sam's Club. I have recommended the lamb to other Sam's Club memebers.

Smells so bad!! Some other family members ate a little but did not finish, but no one else could. Opening the packaging, the smell was so bad. I did Google it, and people said it's normal, but when it was roasting, the smell was horrendous. I could not eat it.

Excellent flavor in meat. These legs seem to be a bit larger than the NZ legs they carried in previous years but the cut and quality of the meat is good. Price per pound has gone up (like everything else). The only thing that could be improved is that they are a little fat heavy

The lamb had a very unpleasant smell and did not seem fresh. I was extremely disappointed with the quality and will not be buying it again.

It is good but mostly out of stock. Price is higher than other places. Restaurant depot has almost 80cent cheaper per pound.

No idea if we will be able to afford imported lamb next Easter. It was a treat this year! The butchering & packaging left the meat in as an intact state, and still remove the bone. It cooked up perfectly! Would do again at the same price.

Netting made easy to handle and keep shape for garlic herb seasoning. Great mild taste, roasted well and made a beautiful presentation for Easter Dinner.

We marinated and then BBQ’d lamb kebabs with colorful bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms, & grape tomatoes. Our guests remarked at how great it all tasted.
