The boneless leg of lamb roast was DELICIOUS!

Lamb takes some time to cook. The Good: The Good: Price, No Bad Smell or Taste The Bad: Hardness. Even if you cook it for hours, it does not get soft. It stays hard.

First time trying this kind of meat, it was awful. It tastes like liver meat rather than lamb meat. We tried lamb rack from the same brand before and it was delicious with no issue's, but this one 100 NO. RUN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.

I often substitute the lamb in Julie Childs Beef Bourguignon recipe. I remove the netting and unroll the meat. I can also trim off the excess fat. The meat is leaner - not as marbled - than beef.
