Normally lamb is more on the lean side . But this lamb was very fatty and gritty . We had to cut a 1/3 of it off.

In the freezer for now but based on previous purchases will be very happy with this buy. The reduced price will insure satisfaction.

Meat is usually good but I had times when I had bad batches. I think it depends on the store making sure that the meat is refrigerated until pick up time.

i cooked this piece of lamb a couple of weeks ago. My wife invited her friends .They loved it. Not much fat at all. My wife cooked some brown rice with onions and when it was done ,she topped it with bunch of nuts for garnish. I boiled my lamb for 4 hours with onions garlic, bay leaves,oragano and cinnamon and cardimum. It came out perfect.

Horrendous smell! Tried washing, cooking with garlic, thoroughly cooked, smell didn’t go away and tasted weird. Felt terrible wasting all the food

Awful very bad smell meat, the whole house smells stinky after I opened the bad , I will never buy it again and I didn’t recommend it for anyone.
