This is one of the better potatoe salads I've enjoyed. A great blend of ingredients to produce a very enjoyable side dish

Loaded with not good stuff. Still, it works when you have a bunch of people. Just add some mustard & Avocado Oil Mayo,, pickles & hard boiled eggs

For the price this is a great bargain. I like to remix it with fresh onion, celery, and green peppers to add a texture and flavor.

When I don’t make homemade potato salad this is what I get. It lasts up to about 3 days in the house.

We enhance it by adding 8-10 hard boiled eggs. It’s not potato salad without the eggs! Makes it more creamy and flavorful. YUM!!!!!!
