purchase date was two days before expiration date on product. Had to throw out unused portion two days after purchase. I purchase this product frequently. It is usually good for use for more than a week if refrigerated.

Bought the potato salad for a book club meeting and everything enjoyed it. Did not have time to add any additional ingredients but it was great if you like it sweet. Would definitely buy it again.

Everyone loved it except for my son who prefers the deviled egg potato salad. It has a little more of the taste of the homestyle, southern potato salad but not good as my granny's used to be of course 😉

Normally have to Dr up premade potato salad, well not this put it in your own bowl & claim it. So many ask me for the recipe & I always tell them I'll email it to them. Not the same as walmart, this is much better balance.
