I read the reviews before I bought for a big event. I have to say hands down this was the best store bought potato salad I've ever purchased. We had so many compliments on it, I will definitely purchase this potato salad again, this is one that can be put in a nice dish, and it will taste homemade.

I am always skeptical when purchasing potato salad that I haven’t tried before. Everyone has their own preferences on how potato salad should taste, but I buy this over and over because it is delicious! I think it must have that little hint of mustard in it that I like. It’s nice to have it in the fridge for lunches or grilling in the evening. The price also can’t be beat!

Great potato salad,but the customer service was horrible! I ordered several items for my daughter's graduation party and half of the items were not available and no one from Sam's club called me to tell or sent an email saying the items were not available. I had to call the Auburn Hills,MI store and complain. Very disappointed in Sam's club customer service

I do like your salads very, very much. The ingredients used makes the chicken salad and potato salad very unique and delicious. The only thing lacking is that the sizes are too large for single people. For me to buy 5 pounds of potato salad is not desirable, and I wish there was some smaller sizes that could be purchased. Or, if they are freezable, which I do not think they are, print this some place on the label.

We needed potato Salad for a family party and we just ran out of time. We bought the Member's Mark Southern Style Potato to take to the party. We and our family members were surprised at how tasty it was. It was very close in taste and texture to my wife's recipe. It had a good quantity of potatoes to the eggs, celery mayonnaise, mustard and pickle rellisy,

Overall I recommend buying this product. Everyone liked this potato salad when I brought it to a barbecue. I enjoyed it. But there's something a little strange for my taste. Maybe too much mustard or some ingredients that are not my idea of authentic potato salad. But everybody seems to like it and I will have it. Like most people, the gold standard for potato salad belongs to my mother who made this creamy white potato salad with a dusting of paprika on top. Oh that was delicious. I mean Sam's potato salad is yellow and maybe there's a lot of mustard in it or something that throws off my idea of what a perfect potato salad should be. But here in the South, mustard potato salad is pretty standard. And I understand why one would want to use mustard given the Florida heat. It makes sense. But I would buy it because it was $5 and change for a giant tub. It beats going to the grocery store and getting this tiny container of coleslaw or potato salad for about $3-4. Definitely over $5 for any large containers at the stores. So it was a good value but I was disappointed because I could not find coleslaw in the store to go with it. I needed to bring enough items to make everybody else's efforts/contributions were manageable. So we can all just eat without knocking ourselves out. By the way the chicken and ribs were very nice. Didn't like the taste. We threw away the entire container after just one bite each. First time I've ever not liked a Member's Mark item. We do all our shopping at Sam's so this was surprising that it tasted so bad to us. It was straight from the fridge so it wasn't sitting out or anything. Just didn't like the recipe, I guess. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Potato salad can be hit or miss. The potatoes were too hard, like they hasn't been cooked at all.

My mom is 88 and potatoe salad is something she asks for daily. This 5-lb container is much cheaper and lasts longer than the small containers I normally get. It’s VERY good. Doesn’t have that store bought taste. More like homemade. Mom likes it so I love it.
