Didn't like the taste. We threw away the entire container after just one bite each. First time I've ever not liked a Member's Mark item. We do all our shopping at Sam's so this was surprising that it tasted so bad to us. It was straight from the fridge so it wasn't sitting out or anything. Just didn't like the recipe, I guess. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Potato salad can be hit or miss. The potatoes were too hard, like they hasn't been cooked at all.

I never made potato salad so bought this for picnic. My mistake. Please have someone else make their own potato salad if that’s what you want to serve or don’t have it at all. Sam’s used to have a great 3lb tub of a different brand that was excellent but looks like did away with it. This was not a good replacement and will not buy again!

I read the reviews before I bought for a big event. I have to say hands down this was the best store bought potato salad I've ever purchased. We had so many compliments on it, I will definitely purchase this potato salad again, this is one that can be put in a nice dish, and it will taste homemade.

Listen if you are pressed for time and not able to whip up your own potato salad...This is the one to go to. I waa suppose to take potato salad to a Church event in which i didn't have to to make, so purchased 2 of these. No complaints from anyone.....Very good product.

Overall I recommend buying this product. Everyone liked this potato salad when I brought it to a barbecue. I enjoyed it. But there's something a little strange for my taste. Maybe too much mustard or some ingredients that are not my idea of authentic potato salad. But everybody seems to like it and I will have it. Like most people, the gold standard for potato salad belongs to my mother who made this creamy white potato salad with a dusting of paprika on top. Oh that was delicious. I mean Sam's potato salad is yellow and maybe there's a lot of mustard in it or something that throws off my idea of what a perfect potato salad should be. But here in the South, mustard potato salad is pretty standard. And I understand why one would want to use mustard given the Florida heat. It makes sense. But I would buy it because it was $5 and change for a giant tub. It beats going to the grocery store and getting this tiny container of coleslaw or potato salad for about $3-4. Definitely over $5 for any large containers at the stores. So it was a good value but I was disappointed because I could not find coleslaw in the store to go with it. I needed to bring enough items to make everybody else's efforts/contributions were manageable. So we can all just eat without knocking ourselves out. By the way the chicken and ribs were very nice. Too vinegary for my taste but my husband loves it. I like the big chunks of potatoes but the dressing is not my cup of tea. It’s not bad at all just not something I prefer. We had a big party for Father’s Day so it worked for our guests to go with the BBQ

This potato salad is so good! The flavor is great and the potatoes are cooked perfect. No powdery potatoes like other brands I have tasted, and there is a perfect amount of potatoes to dressing. I also love there is no weird after taste like other brands i have tried

I am always skeptical when purchasing potato salad that I haven’t tried before. Everyone has their own preferences on how potato salad should taste, but I buy this over and over because it is delicious! I think it must have that little hint of mustard in it that I like. It’s nice to have it in the fridge for lunches or grilling in the evening. The price also can’t be beat!

Southern style potato salad is delicious. The only way to improve upon it is to make it yourself. What a time saver it is to be able to pick this up at my Sam's club. It's perfect to eat alone or as a side dish for any meal. The flavor is authentic and comforting.
