Because it's so creamy, we add more diced and then boiled - about 10 minutes - russet baking potatoes to this, almost doubling the weight in the process. We also add a well-shredded large sweet onion to it. Goes a long way and it's still a very tasty potatoe salad.

This is one of the worst potato salads I've ever tasted. Please, bring the deviled egg potato salad back!

SO much sugar! That is the first thing I taste is sugar. Is this a dessert? I have tried to minimize the sweetness but it's not happening.

This potato salad is made with salad dressing or Miracle Whip, it's a sweet potato salad it needs to be made with Dukes or Hellman's mayonnaise. it is trash as it is.
