I received this item through a promotion. So far everything has worked great. it really pushes the air throughout the room. I have it at the back of the shed and I like that I can put the remote at the front by the door to avoid walking to the machine every time. It rolls around easy if you need move it out of the way for any reason.

The instructions are very clear and it was very easy to install it. We are very happy with this and definitely would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family is beyond exited to have Midea duo portable air conditioner, to the arrival the product was easy to eject from the box ( best to have two people), came with some parts and instruction manual, as well with digital remote (batteries were included), took us less then 20 minutes and the Midea was ready to cool our house in Florida, as well it's portable, you can use it in any room or camper and the window shields come with the different sizes you can easy to measure to your individual windows, to mention you can connect through the Midea Air app and your Alexa would recognize this product and you would use voice command to change the settings, also you can heat the house too, all the necessary adding come with it, most what I and my family enjoys is that you can set the air mode and put it on timer, show's temperature and most you can put it on lock mode from the littles in the house, overall is a great product to have in your home, cool air is a must in hot summers, recommend and 10 out of 10.

Like 2 other reviews, we got a pc04 error the same day we bought it.cools for like 2 minutes then shuts down. Taking it back. What a hassle!

Easy to install, save energy, quiet, and plus app control.Cools quickly. Added wood to the bottom of the window slider to fit better for jalocie window type.

This is a great little air conditioner! Saved us when our HVAC unit went out and we had to wait a couple of days for the repair guy. It was easy to install the window kit and begin cooling our bedroom.

Runs for 90 seconds and then fans for 5 minutes- doesn't run long enough to cool. Customer support from midea was useless and said this was normal..... normal for an air conditioner to not cool??? WHAT!?!
