Texas freeze in July

Needed to cool down in our RV in the sweltering Texas Humid Heat. This unit is fantastic 👏👏👏 we will move it to our shop apartment once completed.

Heavy unit with flimsy hardware.

All the hardware pieces are made cheap. Pieces break and crack. The hose is very heavy and continuously falls out because the clips don't hold well. Just read the other reviews and you'll understand. I'm disgusted! I'm taking it back.

SAME AS A FAN

Awefullgoing to return my unit, absolutely no cold air comes out of it. It is like turning a fan on. It is quiet and that is about it. Save your time and money and do not buy it

bad window fitment, temp accuracy bad

horrible window fitment and the temperature seems to fluctuate wildly. I'll have it set to 75 and the room will regularly get up to 82 degrees. Its a pretty small room so this is unacceptable

Don't waste your money

All the plastic clips broke after using it 5 times. Although it did cool the room, it is no longer usable since the clips to hook it into the window are broken

GARBAGE - RETURNING THIS!

exactly like everyone else said this stack of weights (very heavy) A/C is the worst I have ever had. What happened to the delongi that was excellent. This doesn’t get cold and I actually thought I got a bad one until I read same reviews.

Item does not last

Bought this item last year. Worked great. We put it in this year. Worked for just over a week. All of a sudden nothing. The power cord test/reset button lights green. A/C wont power on.

Nice running air condition -the only issue is the color -it will be better if has a choice of the color selection in white so will have a cooler look. The other brands with similar features in white color were all sold out.

Piercing high-pitched sound on cooling

This unit looks nice and cools well. However, immediately upon switching it into cooling mode a very high frequency ear piercing sound is noticeable above the hum of the fan. It stops immediately when you switch it into regular fan mode but starts again as soon as it's put back into cooling mode. Seems to be coming from inside the unit. I've only had it for 1 day now and I'm not sure I can deal with that if continues again tomorrow. Yikes. Also please note that most of the reviews for this product are paid or a result of a promotion.
