We purchased this chair online with free shipping offers! It took us about two hours to complete assembled it! We did find a metal gasket was missing but I was able to find a replacement at home! I do find the tilt tension knob is difficult to manage and adjust to desire backing position! Overall, the chair looks nice and quite comfortable when sitting on it! I recommend this chair!

Easy to assemble with metal frame. Seat has great cushion and seems like it will last. The only drawback is the armrests, but I ordered some memory foam slip covers for them and it makes this chair amazing. If you’re in the market for a good chair without having to spend $200 then this is it!

I needed better back support for my desk chair and this does it. The mesh back is comfortable against my back while keeping me sitting as I should. Assembly was not easy - engaged two friends to help and sometimes we were laughing so hard with having to redo bits that it took us forever. The instructions were not the best but I finally found a YouTube video on how to put it together and . . . Success!

VERY COMFORTABLE - I love the seat cushioning, the 'waterfall' cushion at front of seat is very comfortable, my legs used to get numb from thin cushioning on our old chair seat. Arm rest cushion is also very comfortable plastic foam material - very important to me. Only improvement I can think of - I would like seat to lower a couple more inches down, top edge of seat at lowest is 19", just barely have room for my legs under my keyboard tray, a bit high for those with shorter legs or smaller children (I am 5' 10"). Nice chair

Seat is very comfortable which was my main goal with this purchase to replace my several years old WFH chair. I found it fairly easy to put together. I think it compares favorably with expensive chairs that I have used in the office in the past. We will have to see how it holds up over time but so far so good. A good buy for this price!

I bought this chair for my wife who works from home after sitting in her chair and realizing how bad it was on my back. I searched for a good quality, low cost chair at a low cost and came across this this one. Wal Mart had the best price and free shipping. The order process was easy and on time. The chair is very comfortable and back support is great. My wife loves it!

This chair is a great value!!! I needed an actual office chair now that I'm working from home permanently, and this chair is perfect. It's very comfy and I was able to sit in it for a full workday. The height of the armrests are adjustable which I really like, and it provides great back support.

The seat is has good cushion and the back is comfortable, but this chair is built for giants. I am 5'6 and my toes barely touch the floor at the lowest seat setting because of how far back the backrest is and how long the seat is. I am not a short person, but I look like a kid sitting in this chair. If you are shorter than 5'4 I would not recommend this chair. I may end up returning it as it is extremely uncomfortable to have my feet resting 2 inches above the floor constantly

This chair can completely adjust to whatever position or stiffness you like. The back and the height can be raised or lowered. The armrests are adjustable but could be better if they were able to swing away from you. The assembly was fairly easy. Took about half hour. For the price of this chair you can’t go wrong. This chair is extremely comfortable and very sturdy. Buy this chair and you won’t be disappointed.

I agree that this chair is very comfy and was difficult to put together by yourself because it's so heavy. The bottom piece with all the levers is likely pre-fabricated and it's a bit of an eyesore. Overall the chair looks clunky. Based on all the levers, I would say you can adjust everything, but it's not super clear how to do some of them with the non existent instructions. The most frustrating thing is if I have the seat height adjusted at any level beyond the lowest setting, the chair keeps pitching the seat angle forward and needs to be constantly adjusted.
