One reviewer noted that they took 45 minutes or so to assemble this chair - unboxing and laying out the parts took me almost as long as the assembly - without referring to the instructions. It went together quickly and simply with no problems at all. Maybe it was their first experience putting a chair together? It's also a lot more comfortable than the chair it replaces. I like it.

This chair is like sitting on a cloud after the last (old) office chair I had been using. It wasn't too difficult to put together with the instructions. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it came with quite a few parts pretty dirty. It wiped down with water relatively easily but don't think a new product should need that.

Great chair! Easy setup: I did it alone. From unpacking to the final product took less than an hour. Chair is 10 times better than the last two I bought. Amazing lumbar support, adjustable arms, adjustable back and nice cushioned seat. Great bang for the buck, highly recommend!

I needed better back support for my desk chair and this does it. The mesh back is comfortable against my back while keeping me sitting as I should. Assembly was not easy - engaged two friends to help and sometimes we were laughing so hard with having to redo bits that it took us forever. The instructions were not the best but I finally found a YouTube video on how to put it together and . . . Success!

Easy to assemble with metal frame. Seat has great cushion and seems like it will last. The only drawback is the armrests, but I ordered some memory foam slip covers for them and it makes this chair amazing. If you’re in the market for a good chair without having to spend $200 then this is it!

Very comfortable, easy to put together in 10 minutes, adjustable back support is great! and the most important feature Is the adjustable arms, I've needed arms that can adjust for so long in order to properly elevate my wrist and prevent carpal tunnel during long work or gaming sessions. This chair exactly raises perfectly to my desk level and allows for very comfortable padded elbow positions. The bottom seat cushion is thick foam and very comfortable to sit in. Raising and lowers height so easily and rolls smoothly. Feels durable and expensive, but the price is amazing and doesn't hurt the bank! Everything I needed in a chair and more!

I bought this chair for my wife who works from home after sitting in her chair and realizing how bad it was on my back. I searched for a good quality,low cost chair at a low cost and came across this this one. Wal Mart had the best price and free shipping. The order process was easy and on time. The chair is very comfortable and back support is great. My wife loves it!

My wife is working from home like so many others and never liked my office chair. This one had good reviews, so I bought it. It arrived within a couple of days. Assembly was fairly easy with only a glance at the instructions just to confirm what I thought I knew, though I am well versed with tools. This one has many adjustments and is very comfortable for both my small wife and my average size self. It's got my recommendation.

I probably can't return this chair since it's been put together and the box disposed of, but I feel ripped off. I should have bought something from a store where I could try before buying instead of Walmart, where I had to order it sight unseen. It was promoted as ergonomic with high recommendations but seems just the opposite. This mesh back forces me into a forward-leaning position rather than allowing me to sit upright. Maybe I'm too short and this is supposed to be lumbar support instead of pushing against my upper back. It only adjusts farther upward, though, and is vertically rigid. Not recommended if you're under 6' (I'm 5'11"). Not recommended at all, honestly.

Easy to assemble. Took about 10 minutes. But once together impossible to take apart to return. (I've spent 2 hours). Has the normal tension adjustment for tilt/rocking. Unfortunately it will neither tilt nor rock because the adjustment knob is not connected to any mechanism. Nor is it hand adjustable (at one point I even tried a 24" pair of Channellock slip joint pliers for more leverage, so I defy you to adjust this chair with your hand even if it were adjustable) It also has the standard tilt lock lever bar which is also unconnected to any tilt mechanism. The lever bar will raise the seat. Back is only adjustable up or down. It appears that this is a stripped down version of a better chair. The stock number on the box is ALEEL42BME10B. If you research that number it is for a tilting chair. The box even says this is a tilting chair. THIS IS NOT! It is simply a waste of time and money. I not only would not recommend, I would warn you of this one.
