I bought this chair for my wife who works from home after sitting in her chair and realizing how bad it was on my back. I searched for a good quality,low cost chair at a low cost and came across this this one. Wal Mart had the best price and free shipping. The order process was easy and on time. The chair is very comfortable and back support is great. My wife loves it!

Comfortable, great value. I like putting furniture together so assembly was fine for me, although there is plastic cover I couldn't secure completely but it has no impact on operation or look. I would give it five stars if I could adjust the arms easily and evenly. At first I didn't like the shape of the seat but I've really grown to like it.

The chair has nice thick dense foam. The back doesn’t feel as nice leaning back as other chairs. The seat is wide and should fit mostly everyone. The seat is not mesh. In some ways is nice since crumbs won’t get stuck. Assembly was easy and came with the seat mechanism already attached to the foam seat. For 130s, better than the 200 chairs at the office stores.

VERY COMFORTABLE - I love the seat cushioning, the 'waterfall' cushion at front of seat is very comfortable, my legs used to get numb from thin cushioning on our old chair seat. Arm rest cushion is also very comfortable plastic foam material - very important to me. Only improvement I can think of - I would like seat to lower a couple more inches down, top edge of seat at lowest is 19", just barely have room for my legs under my keyboard tray, a bit high for those with shorter legs or smaller children (I am 5' 10"). Great chair on all levels. I've been using it regularly for the past two weeks and it's been comfortable and stable. I replaced the rolling casters with fixed feet for my home office and wood floor, so don't know about rollability. Seems durable, but time will tell.

One reviewer noted that they took 45 minutes or so to assemble this chair - unboxing and laying out the parts took me almost as long as the assembly - without referring to the instructions. It went together quickly and simply with no problems at all. Maybe it was their first experience putting a chair together? It's also a lot more comfortable than the chair it replaces. I like it.

Easy to assemble with metal frame. Seat has great cushion and seems like it will last. The only drawback is the armrests, but I ordered some memory foam slip covers for them and it makes this chair amazing. If you’re in the market for a good chair without having to spend $200 then this is it!

I love the memory foam seat and lumbar support. The armrests are adjustable. The assembly was straightforward with good directions. The box was too heavy for me to carry upstairs, so I opened it and took pieces up individually. I bought a second chair for my 19-year-old daughter who loves it also.

This supposedly comfortable chair has one big failing, the armrests. The are shallow U shaped pieces of fairly hard rubber. When your arms are aimed straight ahead there is no problem. As soon as you angle your arms to either side, the sharp sides of the U digs into them. I rarely sit with my arms straight ahead. The rest of the chair is pretty good, but this negative is overshadowing.

I agree that this chair is very comfy and was difficult to put together by yourself because it's so heavy. The bottom piece with all the levers is likely pre-fabricated and it's a bit of an eyesore. Overall the chair looks clunky. Based on all the levers, I would say you can adjust everything, but it's not super clear how to do some of them with the non existent instructions. The most frustrating thing is if I have the seat height adjusted at any level beyond the lowest setting, the chair keeps pitching the seat angle forward and needs to be constantly adjusted.
