I would have given this 5 stars if I wouldn't have gotten two arms that both had "L" on them. And of course only being able to eye ball them to figure out which was Left and which was Right, I put them on the wrong way and had to take them back off and turn them around. Not the end of the world but a little frustrating when a company labels a "Right" arm with an "L". It's hard enough as it is putting these chairs together :(( Other than that this is one solid quality chair. If it goes South any time soon I'll have to update my review as I just put it together but I've bought many office chairs and this one feel every high quality and solid.

VERY COMFORTABLE - I love the seat cushioning, the 'waterfall' cushion at front of seat is very comfortable, my legs used to get numb from thin cushioning on our old chair seat. Arm rest cushion is also very comfortable plastic foam material - very important to me. Only improvement I can think of - I would like seat to lower a couple more inches down, top edge of seat at lowest is 19", just barely have room for my legs under my keyboard tray, a bit high for those with shorter legs or smaller children (I am 5' 10"). This chair is a great value!!! I needed an actual office chair now that I'm working from home permanently, and this chair is perfect. It's very comfy and I was able to sit in it for a full workday. The height of the armrests are adjustable which I really like, and it provides great back support.

Easy to assemble if you have ever done an ikea furniture assembly. It works better if two people work on it. The chair is comfortable and the fade-away seat shape by the knees is excellent for those with shorter legs. The reviews on various websites about this chair are largely correct. Its also much cheaper than comparable chairs ( like the Herman Miller chairs)

Working from home and needed a new office chair. I was looking for a reasonable price and quick shipping. Other chairs I was looking at was $350-500 and would take up to 4 weeks to ship! I'm surprised at the quality and comfort of this chair. The seat is really padded and comfortable. The back gives me the support I wanted. It's arm rests, seat depth, height and back adjusts easily and to the way I like it. Very pleased.

We purchased this chair online with free shipping offers! It took us about two hours to complete assembled it! We did find a metal gasket was missing but I was able to find a replacement at home! I do find the tilt tension knob is difficult to manage and adjust to desire backing position! Overall, the chair looks nice and quite comfortable when sitting on it! I recommend this chair!

This chair can completely adjust to whatever position or stiffness you like. The back and the height can be raised or lowered. The armrests are adjustable but could be better if they were able to swing away from you. The assembly was fairly easy. Took about half hour. For the price of this chair you can’t go wrong. This chair is extremely comfortable and very sturdy. Buy this chair and you won’t be disappointed.

I needed better back support for my desk chair and this does it. The mesh back is comfortable against my back while keeping me sitting as I should. Assembly was not easy - engaged two friends to help and sometimes we were laughing so hard with having to redo bits that it took us forever. The instructions were not the best but I finally found a YouTube video on how to put it together and . . . Success!

This is absolutely the best computer chair I've ever owned. It's beyond comfortable and has a huge seat that you can roll around in. I've purchased a ton and everyone that sits in them says the same. Buy without worry. They're also a breeze to put together

I probably can't return this chair since it's been put together and the box disposed of, but I feel ripped off. I should have bought something from a store where I could try before buying instead of Walmart, where I had to order it sight unseen. It was promoted as ergonomic with high recommendations but seems just the opposite. This mesh back forces me into a forward-leaning position rather than allowing me to sit upright. Maybe I'm too short and this is supposed to be lumbar support instead of pushing against my upper back. It only adjusts farther upward, though, and is vertically rigid. Not recommended if you're under 6' (I'm 5'11"). Not recommended at all, honestly.
