Arrived well packed with all parts intact. Fairly easy assembly...no surprises. Chair is very comfortable and good looking--soft cushion seat. I like the mesh back that lets light through so that the chair is not an over-powering large black item in the room. A good choice!

Really comfortable chair at a very economical price. I sit for long stretches of calls, and this chair provides the support I need to work comfortably. Easy to put together by yourself, but a little awkward during one part with attaching the seat to the back that I needed some assistance due to the angle. Very happy with this purchase!

We purchased 4 of these chairs for our engineering department. They are very comfortable and easy to use. The mesh back lets your back breathe after coming into the airconditioning from the heat outside. We would definitely recommend these chairs in the future.

I don't usually write reviews, but this chair is exceptional, especially for the price. I got rid of my fancy leather high back executive chair that was giving me bad posture for this one, and I'm so glad I did. I am 5'10", 190lbs. The seat padding is firm and thick, and very comfortable. Arm rests are also firmly padded and height adjustable. Back rest is extremely comfortable, not too soft, not too rigid, just the right amount of flex. Back rest is also height adjustable. I saw some reviewers complain about the back not staying in place, they just weren't seeing how it works. There are 4 clicks of height adjustment, and on the 5th click the mechanism resets and the back rest goes back to the lowest setting. Just lift up slowly and listen for the clicks, works great. There is just one lever under the seat, used for up and down and lock/unlock tilt. AND one of the more important things to me, it is QUIET. No creaking or squeaking. The wheels roll well on carpet. With a 5 year warranty, I expect this chair to last a good while. Hope that info helps, have a great day.

I just purchased three of these chairs less than a month ago and one is already broken. Do I have to return to the store?

The chair is not as good as I though, it's not sturdy and adjusting is not good, the back will not stay up. I really do not recommend this chair for an adult, maybe a child

Its a sturdy, comfortable desk chair. However, it is a bit noisy ... with creaks everytime you move or shift in it. The tilt mechanism is very stiff and could be easier to move.

Easy to assemble and good quality. Well worth a few extra bucks, especially for daily use. Pleased with warranty access. Called to register and was told no need.....just save receipt and call if any problem. Can't beat Sam's Club products.

Chair came with a broken left arm. I called the supplier and had a new arm in five days. The supplier was totally professional and helpful, and the new part arrived as promised. The chair is terrific.

The seat is has good cushion and the back is comfortable, but this chair is built for giants. I am 5'6 and my toes barely touch the floor at the lowest seat setting because of how far back the backrest is and how long the seat is. I am not a short person, but I look like a kid sitting in this chair. If you are shorter than 5'4 I would not recommend this chair. I may end up returning it as it is extremely uncomfortable to have my feet resting 2 inches above the floor constantly
