assembly instructions could have been better and clearer. And really - to check each month to see nuts and screws are still tight

This is an okay office chair given the price. However, the back support doesn't feel sturdy. My guess is that will be where the chair breaks down. Also, this wasn't the easiest chair to put together.

Back does not stay in place keeps sleeping from selected height. No lumbar support. No way to unlock in order to lean back. Very heavy chair yet seems cheaply assembled mechanism.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From all of the other budget chairs, this one has the best seat cushion I could find. I spent more than 8h on it, and I am glad the cushion is thicker than the usual cheap office chair.

Overall, it's a nice chair. but the back angle is not adjustable. You can lean the chair back, but without it being adjustable, it's an uncomfortable chair i can''t sit in for too long.

I needed to replace my aging computer chair which was no longer functional. I found this chair at a reasonable price. It assembled quickly and works quite well.

We have bought these for everyone in the office. After the first few, everyone wanted them. They will not disappoint. We have people who spend 10 hours a day in the chair and they love this one.

So far so good! The sit is very soft and comfortable. I'm a secretary so i definitly need a comfortable chair. I'v had it for 2 weeks and so far i like it.

Chair is comfortable, but the arms are very loose when fully raised. Very shaky and noisy with even the slightest movement. Not the easiest to assemble.

I bought it a month ago. I am 5'3'', that means not a short person, but my feet hang in the air even when the seat is at its lower position. Not very comfortable in that aspect. The back has a curve that gives a back support, which is good.
