Had Sam’s continued to carry their panela cheese of the same brand, would’ve chosen it over this one. It ins an okay substitute. Some patches are, however, better than others–getting even close to panela cheese goodness.

Decided to try this one out for tamales. Was a wise choice. Will make it my go to now. Texture and taste are awesome.

THIS CHEESE IS DELICIOUS CRUMBLED ON TOP OF MY FAVORITE MEXICAN DISHES, TOSTADAS, REFRIED BEANS, ENCHILADAS ECT.

I don’t know what changed on the way the cheese is made but now I couldn’t digest it! Mexican cheese even here in the States has a better formula than other kinds. Absolutely disappointed! I’m Mexican so I know what Mexican cheese should be.

Good size for a small family and love the flavoy
