this is fantastic value for this great cheese to use in Brazilian bread recipes like in Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chao. it has great taste and texture.

Bought this as a gift. The person that received it was very impressed with the flavor, which says a lot - coming from a retired, professional cook that knows how to make cheese, and used to make her own cheese from scratch, for many years. Glad I found it at Sams, and can definitely recommend it to any other cheese lovers out there!

I really like this cheese. The quality, the texture, smell and most important It doesn't get bad as fast after open as other brands.

I thought it was too salty but another family member thought it was just right. It is a good crumbling cheese that works great for traditional Mexican tacos, etc. The price was average. Freezes well.

Good cheese but prefer the Olé Fresco cheese
