I like it

I really like this cheese. The quality, the texture, smell and most important It doesn't get bad as fast after open as other brands.

The last 2 times I have bought it it is very salty and it has been a while since the first time it came out, so I am frequent with this cheese and you just can't eat it well.

This cheese is the choice to go for quick sandwiches, it is low on fat and tastes great. Make a sandwich with queso, olive oil, some basil and tomatoes for a tasty simple pizza if you crave one.

This is one of the best fresh cheese I’ve found in USA, however I feel like the way they keep it (the open fridge) is not the best way cause it doesn’t last long before getting bad

Started buying this when could not find Cotija near by, and found I enjoyed this allot more. This has a much refreshing flavor, crumbles easily for a great topping, slices easy also.

I don't know what changed on the way the cheese is made but now I couldn't digest it! Mexican cheese even here in the States has a better formula than other kinds. Absolutely disappointed! I'm Mexican so I know what Mexican cheese should be.

Had Sam’s continued to carry their panela cheese of the same brand, would’ve chosen it over this one. It ins an okay substitute. Some patches are, however, better than others–getting even close to panela cheese goodness.
