I bought these to save time making Thanksgiving dinner. I checked the label to ascertain that they were in fact REAL potatoes. It says they are. I checked the label again after I cooked them... they taste like potato flakes. They were utterly flavorless and even after I added garlic salt, asiago cheese and tons of Kerrygold butter they still didn't taste as good as regular mashed potatoes. I ended up tossing the bulk of them into the trash :(

If you were looking for the Members Mark Homestyle mashed potatoes, these aren’t them!!! Those were the best, now these are what replaced them and they taste like instant or powdered potatoes!!! Not even close to good mashed potatoes. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. If you like instant, these will taste good, if you want real, mashed, buttered, milk, and great tasting, don’t bother!!! SORRY.

I bought these via curbside pick up based on the photos and description. I have been buying it regularly because they were pretty good, but saw on the product packaging that they include a lot more than six ingredients. Time to update the photos and description for this product. Deceptive! Would have loved if this had only been six ingredients, but won't buy again.

I purchased these last week. There are many hard black pea sized object in here. I am glad I was paying attention and did not bite into. I called the store I purchased from and nobody answers. That's nice.) I really wanted to speak to someone from where they came from.(AR West) I called the main office number there and was routed to Wal Mart customer support. They then gave me a number and said it was Sam's. I called and it was a marketing number that said that I had won a $100 gift card (To try to sell me something) That was not a Sam's number at all! I do not know what is in these potatoes, but it is disgusting. They are usually fine. No quality checks? To make a bad thing worse was trying to obtain some customer support. It is non existent. P.S. These are great ready made mashed potatoes! I always add the Shammys (now members mark) garlic Parmesan butter which makes it *chefs kiss* so much better!! Definitely stir halfway through! I sometimes pull it twice to stir. When they're on sale they're an even better deal! Watch the dates. It goes quick!

I use to love the other mashed potatoes that Sam's Club carried for years. I started buying Marks Mashed potatoes 3 years ago. I buy them twice a year for Thanksgiving and for Christmas. I let the convenience of prepared mashed potatoes after years of doing it myself. At first Marks Potatoes were thick and tasty and my family of 16 loved them. Each time I serve these; they get worse. They are so runny and have a sour aftertaste. Right now I am looking at a bowl of your potatoes and it looks like thick soup. I will not buy these again! I am thinking how in the heck can I serve these to my family for our special Christmas dinner.

I bought these only to simplify turkey day, and the reviews were sparkling. They were awful. I've had instant potatoes that tasted better than these. I tried adding butter %26 additional seasoning but they were already so watered down and small lumps of potatoes. I would definitely not recommend.

I thought this would be a time saver on those nights we run late. They were terrible! The texture, the flavor(?), the appearance! I will make my own from now on. Potatoes aren't that expensive and REAL mashed potatoes always tastes better. We threw them out.
