I like them but we have had problems in the past with the inner seal being not sealed and the potatoes unusable

they were very lumpy, when stirring between cooking times i was met with lots of big lumps, i used my spoon to break them up. expected smooth.

I like that they are real potatoes not fake like the chunkyness and flavor could maybe use a little more butter.

I like thick mashed potatoes . Sometimes the potatoes are thick like I them. This time like other times they were watery.

If I were to heat them up and put them in my mixing bowl, no one would know that I didn't peel the potatoes and mash them myself!
