I chose this toaster because it was recommended on America’s test kitchen. The toaster slot may be wide enough for two slices, but it isn’t deep enough. When you lower regular sandwich bread the top does not get toasted. America’s test kitchen also claimed that this had a little bit more button if your toast wasn’t dark enough. This toaster does not have that. It also is very vigorous with its ejection so have a catchers mitt nearby. Overall it gets the job done though.

This is the cutest toaster ever! I got the red one... but I would like for it to toast evenly... the top is very light and the bottom left always comes out burnt... like black... its not a huge portion that burns, mostly along the crust line, but overall, it's a mess. There is a sheet that comes with it that says, "give us a chance to make it right before leaving a bad review... call X phone number..." I've called... and called... I've yet to graduate from being on hold to talking to a person to give them that chance... the reviews seem to be mostly in favor of it... I guess luck of the draw wasn't in my favor. Hopefully it will be in yours.

So who knew finding a good toaster would be so difficult? I’ve only had it a few days, but right off the bat I liked it. The preview window is a cool feature that I didn’t expect to enjoy as much as I do. I love that the glass partition slides out for easy cleaning. I love the fact that I can watch my bread to see how toasty it gets and another huge plus is that it seems to toast the front and back of the bread relatively evenly. All in all I am quite pleased with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this product.

Has a bagel button!! So it toasts just the one side !!! Love

Toast came out perfect. It's cool to see the bread toasting through the window and watching the process. It makes you enjoy your toast and all its fixings that much more.

Good toaster, but has design flaw, The lock down lever didn't last long. I had to wrap it with duct tape to make it catch. Still doesn't work every time.

Love the color and the ability to put in a piece of sour dough to toast without toasting 1/2, turn it over and toast the other. Some breads toast quicker than others so the window is a great addition.
