This is the 2nd time we purchased the New Zealand Lamb Loin Chops this summer. They are tender and delicious. We marinate and grill them. So pleased Sam's is carrying them.

It has been many years since we purchased lamb chops (not from Sam's) and it was NOT a good experience. Since we really like other meats sold at Sam's, we decided to try these chops. We were not disappointed - they were fresh, tasty and we will definitely buy them again.

Perfectly cut and reasonably priced. We season only with garlic salt and fresh cracked pepper, then give them a quick flip on the bbq! Juicy and tender. Sometimes squeeze a little fresh lemon juice over them when they come off the grill. So easy!

Oh my goodness. These things were teenie tiny! But they were also delicious. Lamb never disappoints. I cooked these on the stove with a bit of salt, onion, and garlic and they were tender and juicy. Even the fat was yummy. I expect that they'd taste even better cooked on a grill with the fat charred and crisp on the outside.

We purchased several packages of chops for ourselves and for our daughter. Our favorite way to prepare the chops is just to sprinkle on some salt and pepper on the lightly oiled chops. and then grill them to 145° F on our Ninja Smart Grill. They are always tender and tasty!
