Thought I died and went to heaven! I hadn't had lamb for at least 50 years. Growing up we ate lots of mutton. Always like it. But that was 50 years ago. These lamb chops from Sam's were delicious. Glad I bought quite a few package. Thanks Sam for having such good lamb.....

I have never tried lamb before and I was really worried about it being gamey. However, this was not the case with these! I used Rosemary Garlic seasoning that I also found at Sam's and the lamb was absolutely delicious! The chops are on the smaller side but were fantastic. I will definitely be purchasing these again. So good!!!

Bought for this weekend and they were very good. First time eating lamb chops and I was not disappointed. Look like mini-T-bone's and taste just as good, but easier to cook, just seared each side and let rest in the cast-iron skillet for a few minutes. Really great if you're trying to eat smaller servings of meat. Will get more.

I pan fry these in avocado oil in a stainless steel pan. When they are perfectly browned add in some fresh garlic and rosemary to cook in the oil. Serve with kosher salt. Perfection! I eat two at a time with a sliced green plantain cooked in avocado oil. All antinflammatory, and fried plantains taste just like fries, only healthier! Add Spicy Herbamare (all organic seasoned salt) and you have an indulgent yet healthy side to go with your chops! Regular Herbamare on chops is even better than Kosher salt to be honest.
