This Lamb chops, weren’t only a good deal, they were tender and delicious. I marinated them a couple of hours before grilling.

Lamb was good but the butcher did a poor job cutting because there were many tiny bone fragments and I thought I chipped an incisor on one. Painful!

Affordable price & just the right thickness to cook and get a medium doneness. At least 1/3 or 2/3s cheaper than rack of lamb.
