Hello, I liked the product in general. I thought the flavor was pretty good. I felt as though it was a little grainy and that there was too much product for the amount of suggested water. Other thant that, I found it drinkable.

Good flavor drink not too sweet. I drink it in the morning because I have to be up at 4. I don’t feel like it last the whole day though. I still end up drinking something else before half the day. But it’s still worth the try

Great Pre-work out Boost Juice. I use it every time I plan on working out. I also use it before going to martial arts class. It gives me a great boost of energy to finish strong on my work outs and class.

I want to say that these do tend to give me energy and they have a good taste. They do tend to make me a little jittery and I’ve had a little nausea. I would recommend eating something with it or before.

This is the only thing that actually gives me energy once I drink it and keeps me focused. I'm a mother of three boys and I need all the help I can get. I love 4D!! Convenient stick pack easily fits in pocket or purse... Just add water and go!

This supplement taste great. It isn’t powdery and mixes into water very well. I tried the tropical punch and liked the flavor. It was very sweet. I love that it is formulated to help with joints and focus.

The pouch mixes well in water and the j tail flavor was good. But it had a bit of an after taste. The flavor was good and not too strong. I did have a boost of energy and did not feel like I crashed. Easy to take with you on the go.

I was really looking forward to trying 4D. It has no calories but is packed with vitamins, amino acids, and a ton of herbal supplements. Unfortunately, I found the flavor was artificially sweet. Most concerning, though, is that the powder didn't dissolve in water and left suspended particles as well as sediment. I expected an experience similar to other flavored powders but was put off by the appearance and the taste.

Okay you get 25 of these in one box. They are such a high grade you can use half in a 16 ounce bottle of water. But my favorite is to mix this with Sam's Nu-Therapy Beets. You drink this with severe fatigue issues and almost immediately you feel this go through your blood stream to melt away the fatigue. No kidding!

Good product, sucks it has to be ordered because it is not in the store anymore.
