I enjoyed this mix added to bottled water. I did find that a standard 16.9 oz bottle was not enough water for me. I found the flavor too intense. After adding more water to dilute it down I enjoyed the beverage.

Tastes good, similar to other drink supplements. Tropical punch is really sweet, has a different after tastes but a lot of supplement drinks do. I didn’t notice any crazy changes in energy or focus, but have also only tried it for a week.

Great drink mix with pretty clean ingredients and a great refreshing taste. Good for everyday use and especially helpful for me in helping speed up recovery and hydration after a long night out. Box and packaging are also very high quality.

I want to say that these do tend to give me energy and they have a good taste. They do tend to make me a little jittery and I’ve had a little nausea. I would recommend eating something with it or before.

I thoroughly enjoyed this product. I'm not a fan of flavored water, but this product not only tasted great, but provided a much needed boost of energy when needed. Great for days when you feel sluggish at work.

These have a really good flavor (Tropical Punch) and provide a good energy boost. I like the transparency regarding ingredients in the product and the everyday language used to describe the ingredients. I would recommend this product.

I usually don't like energy drinks or powdered drinks. I tried this because it also has vitamins and electrolytes. Its not as chalky tasting and it does give a good energy boost. No crashing and it doesn't make me jittery. I would buy again.

The product had a slight medicinal smell. It did not mix easily in my water bottle. It was very sweet tasting, too much sweetness for me. If you like extra sweet drinks this would be for you. It did aid in quenching my thirst.

I used one pack to make almost 35 oz drink. Before that I used only 20 oz but it was too sugary. The taste is great but the quantity of stevia is little too much per pack if you follow the recommended dose.

I was really looking forward to trying 4D. It has no calories but is packed with vitamins, amino acids, and a ton of herbal supplements. Unfortunately, I found the flavor was artificially sweet. Most concerning, though, is that the powder didn't dissolve in water and left suspended particles as well as sediment. I expected an experience similar to other flavored powders but was put off by the appearance and the taste.
