I got this about one week ago, honestly it has very good taste. I have two teenagers that are very active in sports and are always on the go they have also tried it an enjoy the flavor and energy before a workout.

This product is WAY too sweet. Might as well be drinking pure sugar. The instructions called for mixing with 16 oz of water, we used 32 oz and it was still very sweet. I don't notice that it provided any additional energy.

This 4 D Supplement is very good and it taste amazing as well you just pour the packet into the water and just like that you have a nice tasting supplement. This is one of the best supplements out in the market as of now.

Tropical flavor was okay, although I am not a fan of caffeine energy drinks. I do appreciate the opportunity to taste test it. I prefer the powdered Propel that you add to water. For some this may hit the spot, unfortunately just not me.

This is the only thing that actually gives me energy once I drink it and keeps me focused. I'm a mother of three boys and I need all the help I can get. I love 4D!! Convenient stick pack easily fits in pocket or purse... Just add water and go!

Taste was comparable to other energy drink powders. Nothing special. Didn't notice any increase energy. Probably wouldn't buy again. I'm sticking with zero sugar Gatorade and Reign drinks in both liquid and powder form.

I was very impressed by this product. I was expecting it to have a very 'chalky' taste but was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and taste. It wasn't too sweet and had a good refreshing flavor. I didn't have any post-jitters either afterwards.

Slight bitter taste however the fruit undertones overpower the bitter. Energy drink best consumed cold & quickly to rehydrate you appropriately. Product dissolves completely in cold water. Used as between meal snack instead of chips.

I realy cant get passed the taste. I dont like it. Did not mix well with room temp water. I really wanted to like it. If you like really sweet and artificial flavors. It tasted like fruit punch medicine.

I freaking love this! I had been using a similar product but i love the taste of this! Drink it about 15 minutes before your work out. Gives you energy without the sugar and crash. You will love it! Fruit Punch flavor is my new flavor.
