It was on sale so I decided to give it a try. It definitely didn't taste as good as it looked. I honestly have had better from smaller chains/ grocery stores. The consistency of the pie inside and out was just off and it was way too gooey. I struggled to eat it and just ended up throwing out the rest.

The crust on the pie was way under cooked. Not sure if it’s how they prepare it but there wasn’t any instructions stating to bake longer and it that’s the case the pies need to be refrigerated not on the tables at room temp. Had to toss the pie because raw dough can cause illness. PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOUGH BEFORE EATING

Great apple pie for the price. It’s the best when it is fresh. After a few days the crust gets a bit soggy, but that is true of most pies. Problem is that this pie is so big it takes a while to get through it, and by then it’s not as fresh. Great if you are feeding a large gathering though.

The positives: The pie has an excellent flavor and texture to the apple pie filling that is not sickeningly sweet, and it serves a good number of people. Not quite as good: this pie is mostly crust between the bottom layer, and the lattice. The taste Inconsistency is good.

We have bought the apple pie several times to serve at a church event. They always have a wonderful flavor. My only negative is that they are sometimes not baked through in the middle and have a soft crust. I prefer a crisp crust throughout. If you can get one that is baked well, you won’t be disappointed!

Big Pie! Excellent bake which is hard to do in that size. Loved the crunchy caramelized crust, the apples were sliced thick so gave it texture, not too soft, not too crunchy. Could have used slightly more cinnamon but they must cater to the masses. Overall better than other stores. Only apple pie that I will buy again.

When I first started purchasing this apple pie they were delicious. Now the last 2 times I have purchased it was unexceptable. They are cooking so many for the holidays and now when you get them the crust is like a uncooked biscuit. I tried putting g it in the oven and let he crust cook some more it did not help. I don’t think I will purchase any more or maybe not around a holiday. Look at the crust before you buy. If you see white areas the crust it is not completely baked.

Great pie

I didn’t expect much but this pie was awesome. It had a lot more crust/calories for just me so it was sad to throw away half the pie after a week of trying to eat it without overeating sweets. I was hoping it would win my family over but my husband don’t eat fruit anything and my toddlers mostly ate the apples throughout the week. I would take this to a pot luck but probably not buy it for just me again

I do not recommend this pie couple years ago used to be a whole lot better they’re dropping the ball now I’m making a lot of their baked goods and they’re selling it a lot of stuff too close to the expiration date. You need to check that doesn’t have enough cinnamon in it apples are not cooked to the way they should be the crust is burnt a lot and Maya viewpoint don’t bother. Period.
