Love this ch and se

My wife bought this yesterday in our local Sams Club. It was well before it’s “Best by” date. We opened it up and it didn’t smell too good and when we tasted it, it had a nasty taste to it. Hard to describe the taste but it wasn’t what it normally tastes like. It wasn’t worth going all the way back to the store to take it back so it went in the garbage. We’ve never had a problem with this product before this.

I love this brie. The balance of salty and creamy is great,all my guests rave about it.

Just heat it up and add some honey or raspberries! Any combination really because this is great Brie!

I only buy it for lack of other double/triple creme cheeses. I wish Sam's would bring back the fromage d'Affinois and others like it.

Gave this one a coating of bbq rub and smoked it for 45 mins. Topped with bacon jam and served with crustinis. Powerfull and cheap.

Always a great cheese to have as is or smoked with a jalapeño bacon marmalade on top. Good size for a gathering of intellectuals or even for having friends over
