This Brie is quite good. It’s easy to cut a wedge off the wheel, microwave 30 seconds and bam; start spreading on a crust of bread, bagel or snack crackers. Fresh fruit is a good compliment.

I like French Bries but some can be strong tasting. This one Is mild and a little firmer than the imports. Consistently good; I usually have a packet in my fridge.

Baked Brie is my signature dish for buffets. Wrap in pastry dough, crescent roles or philo and baked. When cooled spread pepper jelly or fresh berries on top and slice.

Warmed it in the microwave for about 15 seconds. It was nice and soft (almost liquid-y). Shared with friends. Ate it crackers and assorted fruit. So good! And the price was right!

This was my first experience with brie. I was a little confused on how to remove outer shell. I had read it was edible but i pulled the pieces out of my dish that remained from trimming. It was almost like a plastic feel.

Bought this cheese several times over the past six months. No complaints. 4 out of five in quality. A month ago I bought one that did not taste good. It wreaked of Ammonia and lacked flavor. Expiration date was well within current. I ate most of it, hoping this was a fluke. Today I bought one I will return. Absolutely NO flavor and a slightly bitter after taste. The wrapper did not cover the entire cheese and it started to dry up. My dog, who normally goes crazy about all cheese, spit ti out. Expiration date is well within. Will NOT buy again !

Great heated up with a little olive oil and fresh rosemary.
