I use this cheese in my catering biz and personally. I just bake the brie until soft, if it starts to bubble out, it's done! Then I use honey to drizzle over, and sliced almonds sprinkled on. I also used a variation for a brunch. I drizzled honey and maple syrup with pecans sprinkled over the top.. served with party crackers, sliced pears, and or apple slices. Guest go crazy over it! So you don't have to wrap it in puff pastry unless you want to.

You will not find a better price. This is cheaper than any small wheel at the local market. Perfect for making Brie bites for parties! I’ll never buy a small wheel again. Creamy and delicious!

Warmed it in the microwave for about 15 seconds. It was nice and soft (almost liquid-y). Shared with friends. Ate it crackers and assorted fruit. So good! And the price was right!

Creamy and buttery, I cut it into slices and leave it on the counter for 30 min or so to soften before eating; it is heavenly all on it's own. The price is WAY CHEAPER at Sam's compared to any grocery store.

My husband LOVES this cheese. He says this is his favorite. He said the texture is smooth and the flavor amazing. We buy this frequently for his enjoyment.

If you have never tried Brie but always wanted to this is a good one to try. Great size for gatherings or a family tasting. The outer shell is a bit musky tasting and may turn some off. If you don't like it, cut it away and indulge in the creamy, soft, salty layer underneath. I use this for pita pizzas, on crackers, an extra oomph in my mac n cheese and on it's own as a snack. Really this is a 2 in 1 cheese. You get the outside & inside flavors alone or combined. You'll either love it or hate it, but at least try it.

Better be fast on your feet consuming this one. We love it, but they tend to deteriorate if not consumed in a few days. Freezing not recommended. 3 Stars.
