This was my first experience with brie. I was a little confused on how to remove outer shell. I had read it was edible but i pulled the pieces out of my dish that remained from trimming. It was almost like a plastic feel.

My husband LOVES this cheese. He says this is his favorite. He said the texture is smooth and the flavor amazing. We buy this frequently for his enjoyment.

Very good...would never dis-a-brie!

Creamy and buttery, I cut it into slices and leave it on the counter for 30 min or so to soften before eating; it is heavenly all on it's own. The price is WAY CHEAPER at Sam's compared to any grocery store.

You can not beat the price on this large Brie. So creamy and delicious. I wrap in crescent roll dough with a little raspberry jam and bake. Always a hit.

I purchased this for two people. We barely got through half of it. It’s so worth it for the price, and the quality was great. Definitely recommend. I’ll be purchasing again!

Very nice and creamy

This is a favorite of mine and I use it most times I serve appetizers. This time we used it plain at room temperature on an appetizer buffet. I've always heated it in the past but this was very good and was the only cheese selection that was completely consumed. Very versatile product. Love it.

Bought this cheese several times over the past six months. No complaints. 4 out of five in quality. A month ago I bought one that did not taste good. It wreaked of Ammonia and lacked flavor. Expiration date was well within current. I ate most of it, hoping this was a fluke. Today I bought one I will return. Absolutely NO flavor and a slightly bitter after taste. The wrapper did not cover the entire cheese and it started to dry up. My dog, who normally goes crazy about all cheese, spit ti out. Expiration date is well within. Will NOT buy again !

I love Brie, I took the entire wheel, made a pecan caramel topping, wrapped the entire thing in puff pastry. (because they no longer offer it) and it was excellent. After I baked it I put it in a zip lock bag and it only takes 30 seconds to nuke it to perfection indefinitely. Great snack or even lunch
