I was hesitant to order a mattress sight unseen. However, everything I have ever bought from Sam's has been good quality, so I ordered the mattress. I am very pleased with it. I slept on the mattress about six hours after opening it. Although I had the feeling that my body was being "surrounded" by the mattress, I also felt like it had very good support. I am sleeping better, and my back feels better when I wake in the mornings.

I just spent 1800 dollars on a new mattress for my bed and bought this mattress for my son's bed. This is much more comfortable than the expensive mattress I bought. Wish I would have bought this mattress first. I could have saved myself a lot of money.

the pictures of the mattress are different from the real one. the mattress I received was only high density foam rubber ..no gel in the product at all. I received no warranty paperwork at all. no tags of any kind on mattress, including the material tag required by law. I could only find out the manufacture after 2 weeks of ownership. the warranty is PRO RATED 10 year for manufacture defect only. If they made it to go bad in three years and it does , you loose 100% of the value. I am truly sorry I bought it. I am now seeking a refund!

I was reluctant to buy a mattress on line but it is amazing!! I have back problems and have been sleeping on a mattress sandwiched between two pieces of plywood with a mattress topper. My wife hated it but it was the only way that I could sleep. The first night I slept like a baby. It is the perfect balance between hard and comfort. When you get out of bed you don't bother the other person. It is very comfortable, supportive and provides a great night's sleep. It is probably a little on the hard side but if you want firm this is perfect. I definitely would buy it again and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Initially had buyers remorse. Larger than the bed frame I was using for my Previous Queen size mattress. It is firmer than the pillowtop spring I was using. I toss & turn less, and get a better nights sleep now. This is a positive upgrade. I no longer have buyers remorse.

I'm 6'4", 320 and built like a gorilla. For years we've slept on an inner-spring mattress with a 4" mattress topper. The springs would fight against my hips. So I'd wake up stiff and achy. No good. So, out of sheer necessity I started looking for an answer and feel like I found one with this thing. We ordered the king and it arrived one day ahead of scheduled delivery. The box is large and 123 lbs. Get a hand-truck and a tub of butter to help you shoe-horn this box through the door. Then, do what I did...while still in the plastic bag, place it on your bed first. Because once you open the plastic bag it immediately starts to expand and quickly becomes what you just paid for. We let it expand a full 4 hours before laying on it. It is a smooth, complete 13" inches just as advertised. The mild / moderate chemical smell went away after a day or so. Not a big deal for me. After a day or so of expansion it is a true, thick king-sized mattress. We slept on this thing the first night. Over the next day or so it continued to suck in air. You'll sink in a couple of inches and the memory foam will support you just fine. I'm a side sleeper and have had no trouble with that. Back sleepers will be okay since the foam will fill in the small of your back providing support. The memory foam gives plenty of good support without fighting back like springs can. It stays cool. I was concerned that the material would heat up and make me hot but it doesn't. The mattress stays cool and really does not absorb body heat. I say this mattress is as advertised. If I had something to gripe about I would, but I don't. Good deal for the money. Have recommended this to a friend already.

I took a pole on FB to see if I should go with coil or foam. It was 100% foam. All of the reviews on Sam's Club that I read for this mattress were favorable and I couldn't afford a brand name so we took a chance... Not having felt the mattress before, my husband and I were very nervous... but I was confident that anyone that took the time to write a review, really meant they liked the product... After a week... I am amazed... I LOVE IT! My husband LOVES IT! No getting used to it, comfortable from night 1. I look forward even more to going to bed now. Had a slight odor at first as all foam mattresses do but nothing terrible. I highly recommend this mattress!

Have used several mattresses over the years, and this is the best so far (though used a relatively short period yet). Felt soft at first, but realized that this is just the gel 'topping'. The base is sturdy. Neither too soft, nor too firm - just right for us. I usually use thick/firm pillows, but needed to switch to a thinner/softer pillow with this mattress. I guess my head and neck are better supported with this mattress. * Dimensions as specified (bought King) * Odor the first few days, as pointed out by others Best thing: Price-Value; Low risk purchase due to Return Policy offered by Sam's on this mattress (I think that only longer term use proves whether or not a mattress is right for you)

Have problem with back and neck bought expensive pillow top and could not sleep on it - gave it to family member. Used inexpensive mattress given to us until we purchased this mattress. We both love it - husband could not sleep for more than 5 hours now he has no problem sleeping longer and wakes up with no back pain - same with me. Great mattress.

I have suffered from back pain for years and have tried several mattresses with this one being at the top. I sleep well and wake with no back pain Shipping was on time and the chemical smell took about three days to dissipate. We used the bed the same day we got it and it fully expanded within two days. I would buy this product again. I picked this bed due to the reviews on this website and am not disappointed. It's a little soft when you first lay down then your body adjusts and the mattress feels firm
