I have had other foam mattresses before. I am a very hot sleeper, and I just sweat to death on the others. An inner spring mattress just kills my back and pressure points on my shoulder, ear and hip. I was determined to find a foam mattress at an affordable price. With this mattress, I don't sweat and I can comfortably sleep through the night. I love that if I need to roll over it's not like sleeping on a trampoline. The whole bed does not move or squeak when I reposition myself. This was a perfect buy at a great price.

We bought this mattress a month ago and are extremely pleased. Much to my husband's grumbling, I decided to put a kingsize bed in one of the guest bedrooms and wanted to move our memory foam that I had always found to be warm to that bed. My hubby immediately began to gripe and complain that he was very comfortable with our old mattress. This scared me that I would not be able to please us both. I did hours and hours of research and it paid off. I'm sleeping cooler and more comfortably and my husband absolutely loves the mattress. He said he is glad we changed.

I shopped every furniture and mattress store in my area and online. I tried out cheap ones and top of the line ones. If you like a hard mattress you need one less than 13". This one is however pretty firm but with the layer of memory foam you have just enough cushion to snuggle in. I am 62 and 170 lbs. I have had terrible hip pain stemming from my sciatic nerve and shoulder pain from tendinitis. I am a side sleeper and this bed is just fantastic!! I am not kidding it is every bit as good as the top dollar $1500-$2300 ones I tested in the stores. Pay close attention to the inches of memory foam and regular foam when looking for a mattress, this one has just the right combo. I left it in the box an pushed it into the bedroom on end. I opened box n flipped it up onto bed then ripped open the plastic casing. I unrolled it and then cut open the bag and all the around it and removed it. It says to let it sit for 24-48 hours to completely expand. Not gonna happen!! You are gonna want to test drive that baby right away!!! Mine was at 12 1/2" in less than an hour. I am amazed every night!!There was no bad smell at all. Just go for it and order one!!!

Love this mattress. Did not rise to 13” though, it did make it to 12”. It is just right...not too hard, not too soft. Can sleep and not wake up sore and hurting. It keeps me cool and does not make me hot as the name brand mattress I bought previously. I am very happy with this mattress.

Firm but not too firm. Contours to your body but has a quick recovery so you don't have the sinking feeling like most memory foams. I'm 6 months pregnant and it's very easy for me to shift positions if I need to in the night and the gel component keeps you cool at night. Would definitely purchase this mattress again!

I was reluctant to buy a mattress on line but it is amazing!! I have back problems and have been sleeping on a mattress sandwiched between two pieces of plywood with a mattress topper. My wife hated it but it was the only way that I could sleep. The first night I slept like a baby. It is the perfect balance between hard and comfort. When you get out of bed you don't bother the other person. It is very comfortable, supportive and provides a great night's sleep. It is probably a little on the hard side but if you want firm this is perfect. I definitely would buy it again and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I am very happy with this purchase. Due to back injuries I haven't been able to sleep on my back in fifteen years but I wake up every morning on my back and can get out of bed much easier. Also the cool gel does keep me cooler! I have hot flashes that woke me up because the bed would get so hot but not anymore. I'm sure i am still having hot flashes but they don't wake me up anymore.

Im kind of disappointed in the mattress so far and haven't even put on the bed frame yet. It says that its suppose to a 13 inch mattress. And it has sit out in the open for a week with nothing touching it. The best measurement i can get is 11.50 inches or maybe 11.75 inches. A long way from 13.

I purchased this over a month ago and purchased it sight unseen based on my sister in laws recommendation along with favorable reviews on the internet. I'm a 140 lb woman and I set it up myself. Came in the big box and I removed the plastic and "poof", a mattress started to appear before my very eyes. ANYWAY, as it expanded I started to become concerned that it wasn't going to be the firm mattress that I had expected or read about. It was described as firm in the description. I let it expand a day and slept on it, still thinking it was too soft for my taste and back. I got out of bed expecting the usual sore aching lower back but no pain. The mattress is very comfortable but the firmness just isn't there. I've continued to sleep on it with no complaints. It is really a comfy bed and I'm not having any stiffness when I wake up so I'm giving it a thumbs up. I didn't give it 5 stars because I feel it isn't a "firm" mattress per say. Just know that, if that's what you're shopping for.

The mattress took 24 hours to decompress as expected. The edges are a bit softer than I would like making it a bit difficult to sit on the edge. It is comfortable and I have noticed no odor upon unpacking as some reviews have mentioned. I have not had any heat issues as with my previous memory foam mattress. The communication from Sam’s regarding the delivery of my mattress and foundation left a lot to be desired. A June 9, 2020 delivery date was indicated at the time of my order and I did not receive it until June 18, 2020. In communicating with customer service I was told that I would have to wait 3-5 business days for an answer regarding what had happened to my order or when I could expect delivery. I would give 0 stars on customer service regarding this order.
