My only complaint was the smell when it arrived, it took about 6 hours with windows open to get it gone. I understand they all smell some, but my last two only took about 3 hours. No big deal there. Overall this bed is GREAT. It is super thick so I don't feel like I hit the ground, very soft yet firm at the same time. I can sleep mostly n my side without my shoulders hurting too much now. The cooling effect is MEH at best, I did not think it kept me cool, but it also was not inferno on a mattress so I assume it is working. Over all a great buy, super cheap price, and so far the best memory foam I have owned.

What inspired me to buy this mattress were the raving reviews this one has got and that every single person who reviewed the mattress unamimously agreed that it is a firm mattress (a bit too firm for some !!!).. But to my horror the one that I received was way too soft/plush.. It wasn't one bit firm. Me (200 lb)and my wife (125 lb) sank in it all the time. We could not roll in the bed.. It was a pain to get in and out of the bed. This product is no where near what it is advertised to be. Returned it in a club. No hassles there.

Its being 2 or 3 weeks since we got this. I can not believe the differences. The price is perfect, it was delivered to my 6th story condo, with no issues. Too good to be true. My only problem, I DONT WANT TO GET UP!. I am planning to darken the room, Im sure I will be able to sleep for a couple of days straight to catch up to all of those days I spend tossing and turning. I ordered this item and received it as promised, (YAY Fedex!!). Unpacked it and put it on our bed, with help from my neighbor. I didn't detect any smell as some of the other reviewers commented about. I took my shower and laid down on the bed just to check it out. I was AMAZED with the comfort; and the fact that for once in what appeared to be forever, all of my body from my head to my feet was being supported by the mattress, (My head, neck, shoulders,upper back, lower back, hips, thighs, calves, ankles, achilles, heels of feet, EVERY INCH!!). I am a big man, (6'2, 350#), and I found myself falling asleep within minutes!! When my wife came home from Sams with our new King Sheets, we made the bed and set out to enjoy our evening. When we went to bed we both fell asleep quickly and slept through the whole night without our usual waking up. The next morning we awoke, and I realized that my back wasn't hurting like it normally does every morning on our innerspring mattress. I thought..."Hmm, this is pretty cool, no back pain". Yesterday was a GOOD day!!! Well, this morning was morning #2 on our Night Therapy mattress and NO BACK PAIN, AND FEELING AWESOME!!!! Can't wait for my body to get fully rested up from this amazing mattress!!!!

I am a side and stomach sleeper, this mattress conforms to all your contours without heating you up. The price and quality is excellent. With all the talk of smells and not laying flat at first, I made arrangements to stay at my daughters, no need it never smelled and immediately laid flat......did I mention I love my new bed. My son and daughter in law, my daughter and son in law are also buying now!

The mattress is soft and comfortable, but is too soft for me. You sink into the mattress which makes it very confining to me. I'm 160 pounds. Not easy to roll from side to side. It made me feel like I was in a straight jacket. Not easy to sit up from lying position. To get out of bed, it was easier to roll to the side and get out. This mattress got a lot of good reviews but these reviewers must really like really soft mattresses. Not all foam mattresses are the same. I returned this one (major pain) and got a 12" thick Serta which is a lot firmer but still contours to your body just enough.

Very easy to set up..We didn't notice any smell like some people complained about. The mattress is extremely comfortable. I have been a side sleeper forever and have tossed and turned. My wife has noticed that I don't toss and turn at all now. I would recommend this bed.

I also bought this mattress sight unseen. I read the reviews and was still leary of what I might get. I had been looking for a mattress for the past 18 yrs. that would compare to the waterbed I used to have. I had done away with the waterbed, because I was moving a lot and filling it and unfilling it was becoming a hassle. That's when I switched to a regular inner spring mattress. Every mattress that I have purchased, 4 in the past 18 yrs. would develope sags and lumps. I felt as if I was always sleeping down in a hole. My husband and I are not over weight, so it wasn't because of that. The first set cost over $2000, and many others that were name brands and highly priced would have to be trashed after a few years wear. I also have had back pain since I was a teen. Just recently I hurt my back and I have 3 slipped discs. I am taking P.T. and have sciatic pain down my leg. I have to wake up an hour early just to start walking. This mattress is the best purchase ever. I love the material it's made from. Not too soft or too firm. I feel like Goldilocks. My pain is getting much better and I'm sleeping and am much more rested. The only thing I wish was different is that it was a lot thicker. For the style headboard I have I could have used a mattress that was 15" or more to help with the looks of my bed. Other than that I can't complain. If you're tired of shopping around to find one that meets many needs, health issues, different support between you and your spouse, or something great for the value....you have to try this one.

I took a pole on FB to see if I should go with coil or foam. It was 100% foam. All of the reviews on Sam's Club that I read for this mattress were favorable and I couldn't afford a brand name so we took a chance... Not having felt the mattress before, my husband and I were very nervous... but I was confident that anyone that took the time to write a review, really meant they liked the product... After a week... I am amazed... I LOVE IT! My husband LOVES IT! No getting used to it, comfortable from night 1. I look forward even more to going to bed now. Had a slight odor at first as all foam mattresses do but nothing terrible. I highly recommend this mattress!

Bought the bed based on the reviews here. I had read so many reviews on high-priced big brand name mattresses, both good and bad, that I did not want to risk a lot of money on a foam mattress that I wouldn't be able to return. Some stores require you to exchange their mattress (probably only option is a more expensive one) and some stores here in Denver had no return or exchange policy. With Sam's return policy, I felt there was no risk. Good decision. I got a high quality mattress and an excellent price and I could have returned it if I didn't like it. Fortunately I really like it. It is firm but the top feels cushy when you lay on it. I was really suprised that it feels so firm but I fall asleep faster and no longer do I toss and turn all night. I find sometimes when I wake up that I am in the same position I went to sleep in. Mattress has a nice covering and I am pleased with the quality. Got the box springs at Sam's too, so convenient that they're in stock and you can get it when you want. Bed was delivered to my house, I'm an older lady and got it in the door myself and had a friend help me get it upstairs. Good buy! Saved me a lot of money over beds I was looking at in the stores!
