[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome fridge. My only complaint is that the icemaker keeps getting jammed up all the time. When this happens, you need to take out the ice holder, dump the ice into a bowl, and un jamb the ice stuck in the auger. They should really work on a fix for this and offer it to all customers that have this model fridge!!!!!

The platinum color finish of the exterior is extremely stylish. The side by side doors allow for very easy access of any items in the freezer or the refrigerator. We have received many compliments from friends and relatives.

Absolutely love the ice maker being fully in the door because this allows so much additional room in the freezer. The thing I didn't realize when I picked this out was that it didn't have a deli drawer (which I do miss). But love the deep door bins in the Refrigerator and the glass shelves.

I bought this unit about 2 weeks ago. I need to get used to it because my last 2 were French Door with freezer at the bottom. My only complaint is that the water in the door is no colder than the cold water coming out of the tap. The water from my last two units was COLD. This water is room temperature. My wife is already complaining about that.

This fridge has been a nightmare. It dents super easy. More importantly, the protruding bottom shelves is most definitely a design flaw. If anything falls from a shelf, the bottom shelf glass will shattered. This has happened to me twice. My freezer bottom shelf and now the fridge bottom shelf has shattered. Makes no sense to replace the glass, when there are children in the house it will only happened again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a tough year for appliances at our place. first our troublesome 10 year old washer went out again. disgusted with that trusted old brand we went with an LG, and couldn't have been happier. When our 10 year old troublesome old brand fridge went out, we looked to LG again. First off, we couldn't find one to actually look at, so we had to work the internet for info. That said we are not unhappy with the fridge , but there are a few things we wish we'ld known. The dimensions turn out to be off a bit, requiring some cabinet modifications at delivery time. Then because we hadn't actually seen it, we found out after delivery that the shelves were not adjustable. This also ruled out adding another deli drawer. All this said we are pleased with it and would recommend it, but try to physically see it before you buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrig as our refrig developed a problem with the compressor, (covered under warranty) but the next week was Thanksgiving and we needed a refrig for that time frame and for always. (took over a week to get the repairable parts after tech troubleshoot other refrig) Anyway, refrig serves the purpose, not totally happy with refrig. BUT 1. door handles are hard to get use to, not outside the door to get hold of; 2. bins in the refrig has NO handles to pull them out, without getting "down on the floor" to pull them from the bottom. This is the same in the refrig and freezer part/compartment; 3. doors don't open wide enough, won't open completely to 90 degrees, allowing shelves to be adjusted; 4. not enough side brackets to adjust shelves the way we want them. you put in 3 or 4 and thats where "we" have to use.

This is a Terrible refrigerator. Shuts all functions spontaneously. No lights. No cooling. No water. No I've. Not a sound. Have been serviced repeatedly and no resolution. Food getting spoiled and we are at ping pong between LG and the seller but no one has resolved the issues.

The ice maker would not make ice at first. I had to unplug the fridge for 15 minutes to reset it.

We bought this when our old refrigerator went out and we love it.
