[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the large drawers and all the space. Smaller ice cube maker and water filter allowing more space in refrigerator and freezer. Delivery guys on time, took 20 min and showed us operation.

Bought this a month ago. It gives no access to the ice maker. If ice freezes together, there is not way to break it up. The instruction manual says to dump the first batch of ice, but gives no instruction how that can be done. Of course, you can stand there and empty it by using the dispenser, but if it happens to get stuck, you are out of luck. The manual even says that LG will not provide any type of instructional support.

I very mad and sad I order online in April 2 one LG refrigerador that was supposed to deliver in April 12 they took my payment immediately from my sams credit card. I ask the day of in my work for wait my refrigerator that supposed to arrive from7 to 7 wait and wait 15 minutes before 7pm call to Sam delivery no explain nothing they call LG with not good news . The problem never got resolved my refrigerator never arrived I call next day to Sam's to cancel the order to got my money back they told me that I had to wait until the refrigerator go bCk to LG have to call and they still no giving me s solutions I made the shopping in Sam's and Sam's is not helping me I want my money back .

Now that I had a repair person came out and fixed refrigerator water and ice dispenser fridge is working fine (they didn't work from start). Shelf for cup should have a recess area with a grate over it to catch any water that might spill out so that it doesn't run down the front and onto the floor like it does.Doors should open wider that they do.Warranty should start from time that appliance is put in use in the case of contractors having persons order appliances at start of work being done for house fires, floods, etc (I now have a 5 month warranty period left on a 5 major appliances that I have just started using because of construction times on repair of house and when they had us buy appliances).

I bought this refrigerator. One week later the compressor died. Six days later the repairman replaced my compressor. Not a dime of compensation for the lost food. I wouldn't expect a company to replace food if the refrigerator was OLDER - but one week. They clearly sold a defective product and wouldn't stand behind it. Shame on them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ice and water dispenser has no place to catch ice chips that spray out while dispensing cubes, interior bins should have some type of handle for opening bins, you have to bend over to open lower bins. Ice cubes are smaller then regular cubes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome fridge. My only complaint is that the icemaker keeps getting jammed up all the time. When this happens, you need to take out the ice holder, dump the ice into a bowl, and un jamb the ice stuck in the auger. They should really work on a fix for this and offer it to all customers that have this model fridge!!!!!

After I bought this refrigerator, it was not making hardly enough ice for two people in the household. It would run out of ice before the end of the day. I called LG and they walked me through some adjustments. After a week same problem so they sent someone out to replace the ice maker. Same problem. I guess I have to live with it. If you purchase this refrigerator and live in the south with more than two in the household, better think about buying a bunch if ice trays like we did because you will not have enough ice for ONE DAY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in October it was working fine but had some problems only because I need to change my electrical outlet but once I did that The refrigerator runs perfect love the icemaker and the ice selection but I must say if you have a regular outlet for your appliances change it because it needs the ground outlet to run right but overall love the product I have a stove and refrigerator set and both are great

This fridge has been a nightmare. It dents super easy. More importantly, the protruding bottom shelves is most definitely a design flaw. If anything falls from a shelf, the bottom shelf glass will shattered. This has happened to me twice. My freezer bottom shelf and now the fridge bottom shelf has shattered. Makes no sense to replace the glass, when there are children in the house it will only happened again.
