Good fridge however I was very disappointed because in the picture it looks matte black, which is why I bought it and was willing to wait over a month for delivery. It's NOT matte black. Also when they delivered it, it had no plastic coating that you peel off whatsoever so there were several scrapes on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I 💕 LOVE this refrigerator but with a thought for improvement: filling a glass w ice sounds like an avalanche! of ice falling (make ice shavings instead of big clumps); and produce, etc., drawers the upper drawer should extend out to meet, or almost, the bottom drawer, making drawer bigger. Other than these two suggestions, I am very happy with the refrigerator!

Started out ok but then started to take longer to fill up the bin. Even with the ice plus setting on. Just had them come out to repair and they replaced the ice unit and it's still the same. Other than that it's a good unit. We are a family of 3 and have this issue. If you're a larger familiy it'd a be a bigger issue i'm sure.

While I was waiting I have been contacted by LG comunicating the delivery daye and was respected super happy and super satisfy, thanks to LG.

I have enjoyed my LG refrigerator. It is large enough to hold everything I need. One bad thing is that the dispenser to the ice maker has frozen up 3 times. They are going to replace the seal and that should take care of it. They also need to inform you that the plug for the refrigerator is on the top of the fridge. My fridge has to sit farther from the wall than I would prefer because it won't slide under my cabinet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator has plenty of space on the refrigerator side and the freezer sides. My junky suggestion would be a bigger ice bucket and a depth hole in the water tray. Water runs on t he floor if you don't catch it in your cup

I love this refrigerator, I bought it for my mother. Shelf break. I have extended warranty and I keep getting mixed signals from the store about the insurance. I believe I contacted the vendor and they said that my shelf is covered but the store says his cosmetic? How can a broken shelf be cosmetic? I need real answers and I'm not getting them here!!!

Our new refrigerator is trouble free and lives up to the positive online reviews for LG refrigerators.

We got this refrigerator about 2 months ago. Everything has worked well, from water dispenser to the ice maker. Since we just went through a very hot spell, it was great the amount of ice it produced. The delivery and installation was done equally as well. We have also been very pleased with the features of this model and would highly recommend it.
