Number one; it makes good ice and the amount meets our needs which is above average as we live in the Carribean and use alot throuhout the day. Better quality and quanity than the much more expensive refridgerator that we replaced. Surface stays very clean, any fingerprints are easily removed with a gentle wipe. Good design, especially like the projection of the lower drawer, very convenient for sitting items on while removing something from the upper shelves. Maintains constant and acturate temmperatures, checked with a thermometer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are first-time home buyers and when we realized we need to buy a refrigerator for the first time in our lives, we panicked! Until we saw this LG fridge. It was elegant, sleek, and clean-looking. The great features put it over the top for us.

We bought this because the old one we had didn't have a working ice maker. While I love the looks of this refrigerator and the size, the ice maker and dispenser needs work. My daughter and I both like the smaller ice chunks and this machine just doesn't make enough ice. We have it on the ice blast mode but we are still using ice trays to have enough for dinner. On top of that the ice thru the door gets jammed frequently. I removed it to clean it and found a sharpie mark on the bottom, makes me wonder if the ice maker was even new. If you need ice for more than one person you might want a different ice maker.

My primary requirement was the noise level as the kitchen is next to the bedroom. The LG is very quiet and spacious! I also had to contact support when the ice maker quit working but during that call, received the instructions to reset it and it is working great!

I bought this over a month ago It's been working good even with temperature ranging in the 80–> 90 f and it's very spacious. It needs a water line to make the ice machine work I didn't have the chance to do that and it will be alot of work in my kitchen setup So I just wish there was a fill up tank I can just fill manually

We had to buy a new fridge and this one is wonderful, and a decent price. Gets cold really quick, could be another shelf in fridge part. I like that there are 2 types of ice but it comes out weird, never all goes into cup so is always couple pieces that fall out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge for a few weeks. Most of our experience, both good and bad, stem from getting used to this LG, after owning our previous fridge for over 17 years. It is nice and roomy, but there is little one can do about changing shelf heights and such, including the shelf for milk jugs which is placed at the bottom of the door. But, we'll get used to it. Otherwise it seems to be a nice fridge.

.I bought this model because I wanted an icemaker and cold water dispenser. I bought this in August of 2022 (less than a year ago) The water line started leaking and after 3 phone calls I finally convinced them to send a repairman put. He put a new part on but the water was warm and the icemaker doesn't work. He ordered a compressor now and will be 5 more business days before coming back. I don't believe a less than a year old refrigerator should need a compressor. Less than happy. I doubt I win a prize for this review.
