[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator a d when they delivered it there was a big dent on front door, I send it back and adter a week I got a new one perfectly new. While I was waiting I have been contacted by LG comunicating the delivery daye and was respected super happy and super satisfy, thanks to LG.

I've been very pleased overall with the new LG refrigerator/freezer. Plus: quiet, roomy, nice and cold, looks great. Minus - definitely not fingerprint-proof. It has an exhaust fan on the side, so we had to do some carpentry as it was sliding into an enclosed area. Looks really nice and overall, we are happy with the purchase.

We have never had a side by side, but we are SO glad we purchased one this time. The freezer seems to hold more than our last appliance, We had a fridge with the lower freezer. It was hard on the back, and hard to access food that made its way to the lower part of the freezer. This appliance's “make more ice” feature is very handy if you have company. Controls are in the front of the unit, which makes them easy to access, as well. It is also a very quiet unit.

I purchased this to replace another brand that went belly up after only five years. I wanted one without a bunch of features I didn't need and this one fit the bill. Only feature I wanted was on exterior ice/water dispenser. The only problem I've seen is that I can't get ice and water at the same time. You have to change the option to either water or ice. Also, with a small glass, the water comes out too far to the front. I suggest you put the water outlet closer to the back so even a small glass will work by pushing it against the switch panel. My only other suggestion would be to put the indentations on the bins at the top of the bin, instead of the bottom. With them on the bottom, this old man has to bend down further that he really wants to.

Nine days later on Sunday September 4, the water dispenser stopped working, but it still dispenses ice just fine. Put in a repair request on September 5 but have not heard from LG in a week. Also, the refrigerator should have wheels not sliders. Otherwise it is fine. Plenty of room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it in June of 2022 and we like the refrigerator except for 2 problems- and they are minor to medium issues. The ice dispenser will toss pieces on to the floor unless you hold the cup all the way to the top of the feeder. Minor issue. Second problem is the water. It is tap temperature all of the time. So if you do get ice, you have to load a lot of it to chill the water. I have had better cold water dispensers in refrigerators. Not good...

Most of our experience, both good and bad, stem from getting used to this LG, after owning our previous fridge for over 17 years. It is nice and roomy, but there is little one can do about changing shelf heights and such, including the shelf for milk jugs which is placed at the bottom of the door. But, we'll get used to it. Otherwise it seems to be a nice fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator to replace my upscale refrigerator and was concerned I would not be happy with its lack of features. But I am pleasantly surprised, it has the basics and that's all I need.

I have enjoyed my LG refrigerator. It is large enough to hold everything I need. One bad thing is that the dispenser to the ice maker has frozen up 3 times. They are going to replace the seal and that should take care of it. They also need to inform you that the plug for the refrigerator is on the top of the fridge. My fridge has to sit farther from the wall than I would prefer because it won't slide under my cabinet.

As for the working of the refrigerator it is great works well so many things to learn to make it the way we needed for us. service call for help was easy and very professional. I will by other LG products when i need them.
