Nine days later on Sunday September 4, the water dispenser stopped working, but it still dispenses ice just fine. Put in a repair request on September 5 but have not heard from LG in a week. Also, the refrigerator should have wheels not sliders. Otherwise it is fine. Plenty of room.

We are so glad that we bought this refrigerator, it was heaven sent. It really was, a widow donated the money to buy this refrigerator for our church kitchen, and it has really been a blessing. I bought these items over 2 months ago. The stove and microwave were delivered with no problems. Now the refrigerator is another thing. It took 2 delivery dates to get it and after get it the filter was not good. All in all it took almost 2 months to get it all working correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost a year ago and I've been very happy with every aspect, from the service at purchase time, to the delivery and set up, and to the performance of the unit. What really made me smile and even more happy with my purchase though is when I broke one of the drawers, I called to order a new one, and the service rep warrantied it for me. That made me feel like the company cares and I'm in good hands here.

I have been looking at this frig for a long time, I really wanted a door in door, but the only way to get that was with the craft ice feature and an extra $400, which I do not need. I chose LG because the ice maker is in the door of the freezer, freeing up space in the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it in June of 2022 and we like the refrigerator except for 2 problems- and they are minor to medium issues. The ice dispenser will toss pieces on to the floor unless you hold the cup all the way to the top of the feeder. Minor issue. Second problem is the water. It is tap temperature all of the time. So if you do get ice, you have to load a lot of it to chill the water. I have had better cold water dispensers in refrigerators. Not good...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this frig for several weeks now. Really like the additional storage area, compared to our prior frig. Chimes activate when doors are not fully closed, good reminder. Would be nice to have recessed handles in the top of the two lowest drawers, instead of in the bottom of the drawer. Water and ice dispenser shut off promptly after pressure released.

The refrigerator is very spacious. I wish the drawers had better opening access. You have to grab the bottom of the drawers to open them. The Ice maker is awful! We have three people living in our house (one in school, one at work, and one at home), and we very rarely have a full ice maker bucket.

There is plenty of room in both the refrigerator and freezer, the only drawback is the ice maker bin is small because it is in the door. Other than that the refrigerator was cold hours after installation and haven't had any problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love that i can fit high cups for travel under ice maker. ice maker fills overnight if not before. love fingerprintless, easy to keep clean. very quiet!! only drawback is their are no lights in middle or bottom of fridge or freezer.
