Made burger's with the ground beef they cooked up pink when done, it seemed to have a lot of dye in the meat and was tough when cooked. I've tried cooking it different ways a couple of times but have no interest in purchasing it again.

Judging by the amount of fat produced when frying this hamburger meat, it doesn't seem likely that it is 88% lean, more like 80/20, which is fine by me but dont package it as 88/12 im still buying it anyway

We use this for everything. Hamburgers, meatballs, meatloaf, and anything else. As good as any ground bovine meat. It's not as juicy as 80/20, but there's less fat to pour off when cooking. The only reason I'd use 80/20 is a hamburger, but this also makes good burgers.
