I like these salmon bites a lot! Very convenient to just toss into a meal with no prep whatsoever. I will agree with another reviewer who said the flavor is intense. The smoke flavor is quite strong but it isn't bad. I added a pouch to some rice and broccoli with a little soy sauce, mayo, and red pepper flakes. Overall it was quite nice but the salmon flavor overtook the whole dish. However, I'd still buy this again.

Horrible smoked flavor that gave me and my family smokey burps and reflux. There is 1000mg of sodium and it caused my husband to go into SVT. Please stay away if you have electrolyte issues or heart issues. Just trying to look for good protein snacks, and was terribly dissatisfied. Bought 2 packs and had to dispose of them, what a waste of money.

Want an easy/protein packed meal? Use these! Rinse them off (I know it sounds ridiculous, but they are pretty salty), add garlic and low sodium soy sauce, put in the microwave or air fryer for a minute, add the meat to a bowl of instant Jasmine rice and throw on some chives. I like to add an egg to my rice sometimes for extra protein. They seem pricy but I can make one pack into two lunches so they last. I also thrown them on top of the prebagged salads, into easy mac, on a bagel sandwich with an egg. I made a salmon salad dip with it and ate with with crackers. Worth it!

I eat healthy and was very disappointed as this was very salty!!!!

If it wasn't for the really high sodium content I would have rated this five stars.
