Want an easy/protein packed meal? Use these! Rinse them off (I know it sounds ridiculous, but they are pretty salty), add garlic and low sodium soy sauce, put in the microwave or air fryer for a minute, add the meat to a bowl of instant Jasmine rice and throw on some chives. I like to add an egg to my rice sometimes for extra protein. They seem pricy but I can make one pack into two lunches so they last. I also thrown them on top of the prebagged salads, into easy mac, on a bagel sandwich with an egg. I made a salmon salad dip with it and ate with with crackers. Worth it!

I wanted to try these for our weekly meal prep. We made salmon bowls, but the Smokey taste was too overpowering for myself and two daughters liking. These could be good and convenient if the Smokey taste wasn't so strong. Unfortunately we will not be purchasing again.
