Nice flavor but tough as leather

The meat was already bad when we opened it at home.

Very tough and grizzle on the bottom

great for smoking, came out tender and moist

I found these yo be the best pork chops !

I had to trim these prior to grilling. They should have been pre-trimmed.

Tough. Full of veins and tendons. Not good at all.

Good meat but very tough, had to make a stew and die cook the meat too make it tender.

Quality/price were great. Love these steaks!
